So, I have salivary stones. They cause a small bump to form under my chin when I'm eating, and it lasts about forty minutes. It looks nothing like this:
Eventually I'll need surgery. I can push it around with my tongue!
And I've been moping about being inexplicably gassy since I gave up smoking... I'm sorry to hear about your strange jungle disease, I'm sure you're still perfect anyway.
